All the people told us about Joe's Beerhouse and that it is the best place to go in Windhoek. We went for a mid-week lunch and were the only clients. Service only came after about 15 minutes and was not really friendly. Waited long for our small (but expensive) lunch. Do not want to see the service once the place ist full. Can not recommend it!

Nice place with gras roof and good ambiance. Food is a bit german and ok, service was also ok. Good prices, especially for the wine.
