The seats are too small (if you are larger than 1.70 m). The meals were good, the on board service friendly and helpful and the flights in time.

The ground service leaves a lot space for improvement (quote form one of the staff: "We know that we have to improve")... in other words: Never experienced such a disaster: One lady being responsible for all boarding passes for ongoing flights from Munich nationally (flight home) with only 30 minutes of time....

To start off with the summary: The whole flight was a desaster. Service below average, space between seats suitable for a child, food below average. The staff was friendly and welcoming but could, however, not compensate for the bad overall impression. It is a miracle for me how Air Berlin won international awards for the best low price carrier, as prices are not low for a service that is comparable to a low cost carrier!
