After KFC Walvis Bay renovated their premises last year, one expected better service and availabilty of meals etc., it would have been expected to go with the new clean look. Nothing has changed, in fact, it has only become worse.
I have visited KFC Walvis Bay on various occasions only to find they never have what I want to order, sometimes for weeks on end, they do not have stock of certain items. I find that just before the end of the month, they run out of burger buns??? Or you get there and they tell you the burger patties are frozen! What kind of managers do KFC employ? Do you do regular stock taking?Do you have any idea what customer service is all about? The also never have ice cream either???
I am very dissatisfied and I will not visit KFC Walvis Bay again. I have been living in Walvis Bay for three years and honestly, since day one, I have had many many problems. I will make sure all my friends don't go their either!
I think you must seriously get some training on how to run a fast food restaurant, it is really pathetic!!
